The Body Vision PT600 Power Tower is one of the cheapest power towers but has great customer feedback.

While is is pretty stable it can sometimes shake a bit, particularly during dips and if you're over 6' you may find the design means the pull up bar is very close to your head while doing dips.

The PT600 tower has an almost square base at 42" long by 43" width, it's also 85" tall which is pretty much the average for a power tower.
