The Christian’s Fitness Factory Ceiling and Mounted Pull Up bar is a wall-mount or ceiling hung bar that also supports kipping pull ups, ring dips, and TRX suspension training—though TRX equipment and rings are not included. The bar is 46” wide, ideal for wide grip pull ups and 1 ¼” in diameter making for a comfortable grip. Being, 30” from the wall, you have plenty of room to swing for CrossFit style kipping pull ups.

Very few of the bars in the market today can be used for kipping. This is a great choice if you are looking for a pull-up bar for either CrossFit or P90X workouts.

After installing the CFF heavy-duty stud/joist mounted system in your wall or ceiling you will find this to be very stable and more heavy duty than bars found in a lot of gyms. As the bar is smooth with no knurling or foam padding so you may want to use gym gloves.

Suspend some rings from the CFF pull up bar and you can also use it for dips.

This bar can support a maximum user weight of 300lbs.

Installation is relatively simple with all necessary hardware for installation included but the bar is on the heavy side, at 46 lbs so installation is ideally a two person job, which should only take 15 – 20 minutes.

As the mountings are 48” wide the bar will fit naturally on studs or joists with either 12” or 16” spaces. If your wall studs or ceiling joists don’t line up you can always anchor a wood support to them and then attach the bar to that.

The Christian Fitness Factory ceiling and wall mounted pull up bar is intended for indoor use only as it hasn’t been protected against rusting; however, if you want to use it outdoors, you could spray paint to protect it from the elements.
