The Sunny Health & Fitness door way chin up bar is a single bar which fits across your doorway either fixing into safety cups or staying in place with friction.

You twist the bar to tightened it into place so if you don't use the safety cups make sure not to rotate the bar before or during use as it may slip, or just make a point of tightening it each time before your start your workout.

This is the cheapest of all reviewed pull up bars and while not as popular as many others the average customer satisfaction of those who have bought it is the highest of all bars. The maximum door width this bar extends to is 36" (91cm) and supports a maximum user weight of 220lbs (100kg). The bar has a single grip position for chin ups or pull ups to work both your arms and back and can be positioned lower on your door frame for use with sit ups.
