- Resistance starts at level 5 for a 2:00 minute warm-up then hovers around the level 6 region, with slight increases to either 7, 8 or 9
- Incline is not used
- This is a high speed workout, where your speed starts fast and doesn't slow down, changing every 1:00 or 2:00 minutes, but always staying in between 140 and 200 strides per minute
- There is no change in direction, everything is performed forwards
