- Resistance starts low at level 3 and warms you with an early high resistance peak of level 8 to help your warm up, then drops back down low and gradually steps up again, increasing on every time slice eventually peaking at level 13 after 19 minutes, before dropping down low again for the final cool down
- This is up hill all the way, with the incline set at level 10 all the time
- A slow workout performed at 60 strides per minute
- All of the workout is done striding forwards, there is no change in direction
