- Resistance climbs a level with each time slice, starting at level 3, peaking at level 13 and reducing back down to 3 again
- The incline mirrors the peak of the resistance, starting at level 5, the incline then increases every time interval to it's highest point mid way of level 15, before slowly lowering again for the remainder of the workout
- Speed stays a moderate 90 strides per minute thorughout
- Everything is done striding forwards
