- 30 minute workout
- This workout is like sprinting through setting concrete, your resistance starts at level 2 then increases by 2 levels every 2:00 minutes finally reaching a resistance of 18 during minutes 19:00 - 21:00, you get a 2:00 minute reprice with a drop in resistance to level 4 before it cranks back up again to levels 12 and 18
- The incline changes only slightly, starting at 2 for the warm up it raises further to level 4 through the workout and drops back down to 2 for your cool down
- Speed increase matches that of the resistance increase, starting slow at 60 strides per minute, you get faster and faster every 2:00 minutes, peaking at 180 strides per minute. During time slice 19:00 - 21:00 as well is a drop in resistance you get a drop in speed to allow you to catch your breath, before sprinting back up to 160 and 180 strides per minute
